Day 37: Pau, France

I know you have all just been dying for a post.  It wouldn't let me make a new post, so I'm just getting to do it now.  I slept in pretty late this morning and, so I was not as productive as I could have been.  When I woke up, I did some homework and practiced for about an hour.  I switched back to my bigger mouthpiece today.  For some reason I didn't suddenly get better...

Class was good today.  I actually don't really remember what we did.  But it went pretty quickly.  I did get this really fantastic candy bar on a break.  It was like a Heath bar, but I was mostly fascinated by how it opened:

You have to pull on the tab on the left.
And then it looks like this.

Access candy.

I also had another fortunate vending machine experience.  A package of brownies fall by onto the platform in the machine.  I was about to buy something else so I could get the free brownies, but the machine got confused and ejected them itself.

Tell me about it...
After class ended I went home to practice, but my family was eating really early, so I did that instead.  It was ratatouille and crepes.  Both really good.  After dinner, I practiced for about an hour and a half.  It went pretty well.  Once I finished, I tried to do homework, and it was going ok, until the Rangers game started.  Then I spent less and less tie doing homework and more and more time listening to the game.  The game didn't end until 3am here, but it was worth it for the walk off grand slam from Nelson Cruz! Haha tomorrow is gonig to be a long day.

  1. That was quite a game!! I didn't realize you were able to listen to it . . . so I guess you didn't need my excellent play by play of the 10th inning! Hope you weren't too tired on Tuesday!!
